TUBBY & MAC is owned by Mike Walden, an executive board director with over 30 years experience within blue chip environments across the food, non-food and facilities management environments.

Mike has worked for many industry-leading organisations such as Compass Group (the world's largest foodservice organisation), V.Group (the world's largest ship management company), & Sainsbury's (one of the UK's leading supermarket chains), in both private equity-backed & PLC arenas, as well as successfully buying, growing & selling his own companies within the FMCG sector.

Mike has worked extensively across the world; having lived in Dubai, Switzerland, Paris, Monaco as well as the UK. This exposure has enabled him to attain sourcing experience in over 30 countries worldwide.
